This laboratory focuses on examining the changes that occur in foods during preparation and cooking processes. Anthropometry Laboratory
This laboratory is the center for objective measurements used to assess an individual’s nutritional status. In addition to body weight and height measurements, analyses of body composition are also conducted in this laboratory.
Food Chemistry Laboratory
This laboratory focuses on the molecular structure of foods and the quantitative analysis of macro- and micronutrients. It aims to provide practical understanding of the chemical composition of foods and to introduce applications related to food safety and quality control parameters.
